ABOUT MILE HIGH DANCE TEAMS
Members of the Mile High Dance Teams are a select group of dancers ranging in age from 4 years old through High School. Each team learns multiple routines (in various styles including Pom, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical and Tap) every year for performance and competition opportunities. The teams compete at a variety of competitions to give our dancers the experiences of both a traditional dance competition and spirit competitions, helping them prepare for High School and Collegiate Dance Teams and beyond. Mile High Dance Teams is a true dance program dedicated to the growth of dance teams in the Denver Metro area.
